I am Helen, and I combine here at Light & Soul, the combination of my life’s inner and outer work and journey (so far!), as well as energetic and spiritual guidance from Crystals, the Celestial Realms and the Natural World.

Meditation, mindfulness and spiritual connection are foundations for expansion into presence, insight and stability, These elements are beautifully combined within the Japa Mala Meditation practice - the practice of using Mala beads intentionally, to focus the mind, invite a sense of calm presence and come home to our true nature. Through gentle exploration of this ancient practice, you can rediscover your inner light and nurture it’s growth, as you expand into your heart space and Divine presence.

I invite you to meander on a path with me; perhaps stepping into meditation for the first time, exploring mindful creativity or taking time to retreat for a few hours. Maybe you’d like to receive healing from the Angelic and Celestial realms through ‘Rahanni’ and learn to become a practitioner of this beautiful, 5th Dimensional healing modality. Or you may be here to explore the practice of Japa Mala and co-create your own bespoke set of Mala beads with me. I’m so happy that you found your way here - you are so welcome!

 

An Holistic and Intuitive Approach to Healing and Connecting

My approach to supporting you in nurturing yourself into balance and harmony, is dynamic and holistic. When we connect, I am open to your whole experience - mind, body and spirit. Through deep listening and energy connection, I can gather insights into your holistic wellbeing, and any challenges you are facing. Together, we gently explore tools and techniques which will empower you with self-knowledge, compassion and motivation to create a new pathway to wellbeing. By integrating various healing modalities and self-care tools, we can gently discover what your whole being needs to thrive.

  • When we tune in and listen to our physical body, it will tell us when something is out of balance.

    Aches, pains, chronic illness are all the body’s responses to the life we lead; our nutrition, movement, rest, choices we make, the emotions we experience and the beliefs we hold about ourselves.

    All of the aspects of our whole wellbeing are interconnected. When things manifest physically for us, it’s often because we haven’t fully been able to offer the kind attention that we need to our Mind, Body and Spirit.

    Some of the ways I can support your journey towards physical wellbeing are:

    Energy Healing, Indian Head Massage, Nature Connection, Mindfulness and Meditation practice.

  • Often we can feel stressed, anxious, angry, sad, unmotivated and find ourselves living a life that we really didn’t choose.

    Mind and emotions are interconnected, and as part of a cyclical process can lead to us respond, react and behave the way we do. Our thinking patterns directly impact our emotional responses.

    When we can get to the root of the way our mind works, and meet our stories and beliefs with understanding and compassion, we can change the way we feel, and the way we respond to those feelings. This ultimately empowers us to make choices which align with our true nature and soul’s purpose.

    Soul Care Sessions create a safe and compassionate space where we can explore together what makes us think, feel and behave the way we do, and how we can make positive and lasting change.

    Some modalities we may explore are: Flower Essences, Energy Healing, Gratitude and Mindfulness Practice, Meditation and Guided Visualisations, Indian Head Massage, and connection with Crystals.

  • Spiritual Wellness means so many things to each individual. I describe it as being in loving relationship with yourself; the essence of your being and your true nature. Paired with being in relationship with the people and beings around you; having a sense of place and connection to all that is.

    By coming into your heart space and listening deeply, you can connect with your deepest values, core beliefs and align your life according to your true purpose.
